A little less blah

I've been thinking about my posts lately and the, well, dryness of many of them. I actually did this somewhat purposefully. Well, I wasn't trying to purposefully bore people, but I was trying to give them what information they needed in the quickest and easiest way possible. So I left out extra jabbering, jokes, personal experiences etc. But I think I will try to add some of that back in to make things a little less blah. What do you think? Will this add or distract?

  1. Personal experiences are great!!! I think we learn best from hearing other's accounts then just reading "dry facts".
I really like this blog and have referred to it many times when I come across changes in my DD's sleeping.
I like that your son is not "textbook", and you have had to do some troubleshooting and many of us can benefit from your experience.
Oh, and we all need to laugh and lighten up, so jokes are definitely welcome!

  2. I haven't posted on here in a while...but I love reading personal stories, I think it helps us readers tie out your experience with the stuff you post on as well! Love your blog, keep up the great work! Becca :o)

  3. Redheads,

While I certainly wouldn't have minded an "angel" baby, I think it has certainly taught me a lot to have a child that requires a lot of trouble shooting. I can't help but hope that number 2 is an angel baby though :) I mean, I'd have to be crazy to want a hard baby right! Thanks for your thoughts.

  4. Becca,

I'm glad you like the blog! I'll work on adding more personal experiences. I think since I'll have this blog up and running with baby #2 I'll be able to add a lot more experiences than I did with baby #1.
